Dr. Sean Smith is a Professor of Special Education at the University of Kansas and is a nationally recognized expert in special education, particularly in the use of technology in educational programming. Given the coronavirus pandemic, many children with Ds are now needing to use online tools that may not be ideal for their learning on their own.
